Random Recipes-Pork Pot Roast/Pulled BBQ Pork

This is a great way to use leftovers!

I use the crock pot to make 2 pork roasts, covered with veggie broth and water. I usually cook it for about 8 hours or so. I serve it with onions, potatoes and carrots, that were cooked in the juices of the roast.

But the next day...

I take whatever roast was leftover, put it in the crock pot again, and pour Barbeque sauce over it. I then simmer it for about an hour or so, till it's hot. Then I serve it on buns with chips or veggies. Sooooooo good!

Sounds super yummy! Now I'll have to find a way to get leftovers to last long enough to make this.

Hi. I came accross your blog and really enjoyed reading your posts. We used the same "nomad" term to describe our life. I'm married to an AF and I'm the happy civillian. I've bookmarked you so I can come back again and again!
